1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), your date of birth, your mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all bk334 accounts prior to the processing of the first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time thereafter at bk334's sole discretion. KYC documents accepted include:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bk334 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number. bk334 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account.
• Enable SMS two-step verification via your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including bk334 support staff — bk334 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk334 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk334 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though bk334 may apply account-level limits based on KYC status or responsible gaming settings.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal method: bk334 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible, meaning funds will be returned to the same bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, or bank account used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, bk334 will contact you to confirm an alternative verified payment method.
• Pending withdrawal reversal: You may cancel a pending withdrawal and return funds to your bk334 wallet only if the withdrawal has not yet been approved for processing. Once approved, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• Transaction fees: bk334 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party mobile banking operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the account holder.

6 Betting Rules & Game Terms

All sports betting, live casino, slots, roulette, snooker, and other game activities on the bk334 Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the relevant game or betting market page:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing the selection, odds, and stake before confirming any bet. bk334 does not accept requests to void bets on the grounds of user error after confirmation except in cases of manifest error on bk334's part.

8 Prohibited Conduct

In any event, bk334's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk334 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action, payment, or any other matter, you should first contact bk334 support via live chat or email to seek resolution. bk334 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
